fa نقش لجستیک مطلوب در تأمین ملزومات پزشکی به منظور پاسداشت حق سلامت از طریق جامعه پزشکی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> حق بر سلامت به عنوان یک حق ذاتی به این مفهوم است که هر فرد حق داشته تا به بالاترین استاندارد سلامت جسمانی و روانی دستیابی داشته و این حق همه خدمات پزشکی، بهداشت عمومی، غذا و مسکن مناسب، محیط کار سالم و محیط زیست تمیز را شامل می‌شود. لجستیک مطلوب در تأمین ملزومات پزشکی، تأثیر به سزایی در کاهش هزینه‌‌ها و ارائه مطلوب خدمات بهداشتی، درمانی و دارویی در تضمین حق سلامت شهروندان ایفا می‌نماید.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"> تحقیق حاضر با بهره‌گیری از شیوه تحلیلی-توصیفی و با رویکرد استنباطی این مقوله را مورد بررسی و کنکاش عمیق قرار داده است، و با مراجعه به کتاب&shy; ها و مقاله&shy; ها این موضوع را مورد بررسی قرار داده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong>یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است که از آنجا که تأمین مطلوب ملزومات پزشکی تأثیر مستقیمی بر تحقق اهداف نظام سلامت و تضمین حق سلامت شهروندان دارد، بررسی لجستیک مطلوب بر اهداف نظام سلامت می‌تواند سیاست&shy;گذاران نظام سلامت را در راستای بهبود عملکرد جامعه پزشکی در ارائه خدمات درمانی کمک نماید.<br> <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی: </strong>در این پژوهش از ابتدا تا انتها اصول صداقت و امانت&shy;داری رعایت شده است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">اصلی‌ترین کارکرد نظام سلامت و جامعه پزشکی هر کشوری، تأمین و ارائه ملزومات این حوزه است. نظام سلامت هر کشوری جهت تأمین و تضمین امکان یک زندگی سالم، مکلف به پیش&shy;بینی اقداماتی در حوزه وسیعی در حیطه پزشکی هستند که برخی از این اقدامات مستلزم عملکرد فوری و بعضی دیگر در طول زمان بایستی صورت پذیرد. تأمین تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی به یکی از اجزاء لاینفک بیمارستان‌ها تبدیل شده‌اند. با این حال از سوی جامعه پزشکی روش سیستماتیک و مدونی در زمینه لجستیک مطلوب اعمال نمی‌گردد. </span><span dir="RTL">لذا بررسی مسائل مربوط به این حیطه در خصوص تأثیر لجستیک مطلوب در تأمین ملزومات پزشکی هدف این تحقیق می‌باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The right to health as an inherent right means that everyone has the right to the highest standard of physical and mental health, and this right includes all medical services, public health, adequate food and housing, a healthy work environment and a clean environment. includes.
