fa امکان‌سنجی رقم سیاه بزه دیدگی و لزوم تدوین سیاست جنایی افتراقی در راستای پیشگیری از خشونت علیه دانش آموزان در شهر اهواز پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> پدیده خشونت و روند افزایش آن در میان دانش &shy;آموزان یکی از مسائلی است که امروزه سبب نگرانی خانواده&shy; ها و متولیان امر تعلیم و تربیت شده است. در این مقاله به بررسی امکان وجود رقم سیاه بزه &shy;دیدگی و لزوم تدوین سیاست جنایی افتراقی در راستای پیشگیری از خشونت علیه دانش &shy;آموزان در شهر اهواز پرداخته می&shy; شود.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"> این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده ‌روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی می&rlm; باشد و روش جمع&rlm; آوری اطلاعات بصورت کتابخانه&rlm; ای است و با مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>علل مختلف در سطوح فردی، رابطه &shy;ای، اجتماع محور و جامعه &shy;ای در تکوین و تداوم خشونت &shy;ورزی موثر است. افزایش این پدیده و لزوم حمایت نمودن از یکی از آسیب&shy; پذیرترین گروه&shy; های اجتماع، بررسی این پدیده و اتخاذ راهکارهایی برای پیشگیری از آن را ضروری می&shy; نماید. آن&shy;چه پیش از ضرورت احساس می&shy; شود، انجام تغییرات و اصلاحات اساسی در حیطه قانون&shy;گذاری به منظور اتخاذ یک سیاست جنایی پیشگیرانه هماهنگ، منسجم و افتراقی در حیطه جلوگیری از خشونت علیه دانش &shy;آموزان است.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong> در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت&shy;داری رعایت شده است.<span style="font-size:11.5pt;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">ابزار نوین و اثبات شده در امر پیشگیری از خشونت علیه دانش &shy;آموزان استفاده از کدهای رفتاری یا منشور اخلاقی است و شالوده آن بر محور آگاهی بخشی، هشدار دهی و آموزش استوار است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The phenomenon of violence and its increasing trend among students is one of the issues that has caused concern among families and those in charge of education today. This article examines the Possibility of existence Dark Figure of victims and the need to formulate a differential criminal policy in order to prevent violence against students in the city of Ahvaz.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Various causes at the individual, relational, community-based and community levels are effective in the development and perpetuation of violence. Increasing this phenomenon and the need to support one of the most vulnerable groups in society, it is necessary to study this phenomenon and adopt strategies to prevent it. What is felt before the need is to make fundamental changes and reforms in the field of legislation in order to adopt a coordinated, coherent and differential preventive criminal policy in the field of prevention of violence against students.<br> <strong>Ethical considerations:</strong> In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: A new and proven tool in the prevention of violence against students is the use of codes of conduct or a moral charter, and its foundation is based on awareness, warning and education.<br> <br> <strong>Cite this article as: </strong>Waghary SH, Masoud Gh, Shekarchizadeh M.
