fa حقوق باروری زنان در مقررات ایران و اسناد بین‌المللی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">حقوق باروری و سلامت زنان در ایران با توجه به ارتقای کیفیت خدمات ارائه‌شده کمک شایانی به این قشر از جامعه می‌نماید و از طرفی این حق، جزئی از حقوق بشر و کشورها می‌باشد و آن را به رسمیت می‌شناسند، به گونه‌ای که همه افراد و زوجین این حق را دارند که درباره تعداد موالید و فاصله‌گذاری بین آن‌ها تصمیم بگیرند و هدف این پژوهش حق باروری در نظام سلامت ایران و بین‌الملل و دستاوردهای به دست‌آمده می‌باشد.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش به صورت توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای تهیه و تنظیم شده است.</span><span lang="AR-BH"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها حکایت از آن دارد که با توجه به خدمات ارائه‌شده در بخش سلامت و درمان باروری هنوز به نتیجه مطلوب دست نیافته‌ایم و امید است با درایت و تسهیل قانون برای این قشر از زنان در جهت رفع آن سعی و تلاش شود.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">با بالابردن سطح بهداشت در سایر سطوح جامعه، اقدام و حمایت دولت، امکان باروری را برای زوجین فراهم آوریم و انتظار نامعقولی نیست اگر از سیاستگذاران و متولیان بهداشت و درمان ایران درخواست شود هرگونه موانع قانونی و حقوقی در مورد استفاده مادر از امکانات سقط سالم را از میان بردارند.</span></span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> Considering the improvement of the quality of the services provided, reproductive rights and women&#39;s health in Iran are of great help to this segment of the society.&nbsp; And on the other hand, this right is part of human rights and countries recognize it.&nbsp; So that all individuals and couples have the right to decide on the number of children and the spacing between them and the purpose of this research is the reproductive right in the Iranian and international health system and the achievements.</span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> The research is descriptive-analytical and prepared and organized using library documents.<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> Honesty and trustworthiness have been observed in all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts.<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b><b> </b>The findings indicate that according to the services provided in the health and fertility treatment department that there are still gaps.<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>By raising the level of health in other levels of the society, Government action and support, we will provide the possibility of fertility for couples and it is not an unreasonable expectation if the policy makers and health care trustees of Iran are asked to remove any legal obstacles regarding the mother&#39;s use of safe abortion facilities.<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span><br> <br> <b>Please cite this article as:</b><br> Rostami S.
