fa مطالعه تطبیقی اصل عدم تبعیض بر مبنای معلولیت در حوزه اشتغال <p>اشتغال، لازمه زندگی بشر است؛ زیرا دوام و بقای جامعه و زندگی هر فرد مستلزم کار و فعالیت است. اشتغال علاوه بر تأمین معاش؛ احترام، اعتماد به نفس و سلامت، تقویت روحیه نیز ایجاد می‌کند. مع‌الوصف، اشتغال در زندگی فرد معلول نقشی بیش از این‌ها ایفا می‌نماید؛ او را قادر می‌سازد که احساس سربلندی و قابلیت نماید و در استقلال و نقش اجتماعی وی نقشی اساسی دارد. در این تحقیق با مطالعه حق اشتغال در کنوانسیون حقوق معلولان و قوانین و مقررات داخلی ایران، سیاست‌های حمایتی ایران در پرتو قوانین موجود به‌ویژه قانون جامع حمایت از حقوق معلولان مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و ضمن بررسی موانع اشتغال معلولان‌، راه‌کارهای مناسب جهت رفع تبعیض در این حوزه ارائه شده است.</p> <p>Occupation is necessary for human life, for the survival of the society and human is dependent upon occupation. In spite of livelihood, it provides the human with the sense of respect, self- confidence, health and it boosts morale. But in the life of a disable one it plays even a more striking role. It makes him feel competent and have the sense of independence and social integration. In this research attempt has been made to study occupation right in Convention on the Rights of persons with Disabilities and Laws and regulations of Iran to analyze protective policies of the government in relation to the existing laws, especially the law of protecting disables society.
