fa شبیه‌سازی انسان در حقوق ایالات متحده آمریکا <p>پدیده شبیه‌سازی انسان که یقیناً به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های قرن حاضر می‌توان از آن نام برد توجه جامعه حقوقی بسیاری از کشورها را به خود جلب کرده است. یکی از اولین کشور‌هایی که در مقابل این پدیده نوین عکس‌العمل نشان داده و اقدام به قانون‌گذاری کرده است کشور آمریکا می‌باشد. با توجه به نوع نظام حقوقی این کشور در این مقاله سعی شده تا وضعیت حقوقی و قانونی شبیه‌سازی انسان در برخی ایالت‌های آمریکا تبیین شود. با در نظرگرفتن اهداف شبیه‌سازی انسان این پدیده به شبیه‌سازی در جهت پژوهش و تحقیق و شبیه‌سازی در جهت تولید مثل انسان تقسیم می‌شود، که بررسی قوانین ایالت‌های آمریکا وضعیت قانونی هر دو نوع شبیه‌سازی را مشخص خواهد کرد.</p> <p>Human Cloning phenomenon that is accounted as one of the challenges of the present century is concentrated by legal community of most of the countries. One of the prior countries that reacted against this new phenomenon and took actions in legalization is America. Considering this country&rsquo;s legal system, in the present article it is tried to explain legal condition of human Cloning in the States of America.
