fa حقوق و اخلاق در روان‌شناسی؛ از تدوین کدهای اخلاقی تا ضمانت اجرای قانونی <p>پاسخ به پرسش&lrm;ها و مسایل پیچیده اخلاقی از جمله مباحثی است که روان‌شناسان در فعالیت‌های روزانه خود با آن روبرو هستند. بیشتر روان‌شناسان با هدف و آرزوی کمک به افراد تحت درمان و ارتقای آسایش و رفاه آنها به فعالیت حرفه‌ای می‌پردازند. می&lrm;توان گفت که روان‌شناسان هرگز نمی خواهند به عمد مراجعین، دانشجویان، همکاران و دیگر افرادی که با آنها کار می‌کنند صدمه ای وارد شود؛ اما اینکه هرگزاشتباه روی نخواهد داد، تصور نادرستی است و همواره و در هر حرفه‌ای امکان اشتباه وجود دارد و روان‌شناسی هم از این لحاظ مستثنی نیست. روان‌شناسان به هنگام رویارویی با موارد چالش برانگیز اغلب گزینه دیگری ندارند، جز اینکه تصمیمی اخلاقی بگیرند. سردرگمی، فشار، خنثی‌سازی، بی‌تفاوتی، نگرانی، استدلال منطقی و خردمندانه گفتگو کردن جزو واکنش‌های عمومی به موارد دشواری است که در فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای شاهد آن هستیم. حقوق و اخلاق حرفه ای معیار درستی و نادرستی اعمال و رفتاری است که افراد جامعه آن را انجام می‌دهند و یا از اتمام آن اجتناب می‌ورزند؛ تدوین کدهای اخلاقی اصول راهنمای حرکت در این مسیر و تصویب قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر موضوع تبیین‌کننده ضمانت اجرای حقوقی آنست. ازاین‌رو با تمسک به قواعد حقوقی و موازین اخلاقی می توان به نظم و انتظام حاکم بر حرفه روان‌شناسی دست یافت. هدف از نگارش این مقاله این است که پژوهشگران خود را با دانش و بینشی آشنا سازند تابا دیدگاهی مثبت و سازنده بتوانند نارسایی‌های اخلاقی را مدیریت نمایند و با دلسوزی تمام و احساس مسؤولیت برای رفاه و آسایش مراجعین خود تلاش نمایند و با آنها رفتاری انسانی و بشردوستانه داشته باشند.</p> <p>Answering sophisticated ethical questions and issues is among the debates encountered by the psychologists in their daily activities. Most psychologists deal with the professional activity aiming at and wishing to help the persons under treatment and to promote their comfort and welfare. It may be said that the psychologists never want that the clients, students, colleagues and other persons working with them are inflicted with any damage intentionally but it will be an incorrect assumption if we think that any mistake would never happen and there is always the possibility of mistake in any profession and the psychology is no exception in this respect. When encountering with challenging cases, the psychologist often have no choice other than to take an ethical decision. Confusion, pressure, neutralization, indifference, concern, logical reasoning and reasonable conversation are among general reactions to the difficult cases that we observe them during professional activities. The professional law and ethics are the benchmarks for the wrongness and rightness of the acts and behaviors performed and/or avoided from by the members of the society the codification of the ethical codes is the guiding principles to proceed in this direction and the enactment of the laws and regulations governing on the subject explains the legal sanctions for them. Therefore, the prevailing order and discipline in the profession of psychology may be achieved by resorting to the legal rules and ethical standards.
