Abstract:  
Background and Aim: The Party Political System is one of the Characteristics of Politics in the Contemporary World. Introducing Candidates, Educating Citizens, Encouraging People to Participate in Politics, Political Socialization, as Well as Political Integration are Some of the Functions of the Party System that Cover the Areas of Citizenship Rights. The Present Study Seeks to Examine the Position of the Partisan System in the Formation and Realization of Citizenship Rights.
Materials and Methods: Descriptive-Analytical Method is one of the Most Important Methods Used in the Field of Qualitative Research. This Study Uses Documentary and Library Sources to Examine the Position of the Party System in the Formation and Realization of Citizenship Rights.
Findings: Institution Building and Utilization of Institutions is one of the Most Important Mechanisms For Achieving Citizenship Rights That Can be Achieved in Contemporary Societies Through Partisanship. Parties Also Have Overt and Covert Characteristics That, at a Glance, Can Help the Government and Perform an Important Part of Government Functions. These Tasks can Ultimately Lead to Citizen Participation, Education, Political Sociability, And the Strengthening of The Legitimacy of the Political System.
Conclusion: Citizens Have Economic, Social and Political Needs that are Achieved Through the Functioning of Parties in Contemporary Political Systems. Through Education, They Recognize Their Rights and Obtain Them by Participating in Various Fields, and by Exploiting the Function of the Parties, they Increase the Power of Civil Society Over the Power of the State.
