E-health is to exchange information universally from one place to another through Internet and developed communication technology to provide health care. This is performed immediately after health care without missing useful information and its fast transformation. Valid license of provider E- health, using international standards in E- health, patients’ rights, high costs of E- health equipment, lack of funding for investing in modern and efficient industry, shortage of specialists, reimbursement limits, fear of provider from technical error and Internet communication, computer hackers and viruses, rapid availability to information and its diffusion to anywhere in the world with respect to confidentiality Principles and commitment to Privacy of all of members related to E-health, possibility of information distortion in its compression on one hand and lack of international organizations and not having consistent rules in E-health, not being integrated governmental policy in provide health care on the other hand are challenging issues that E-health centers are faced with it internationally in recent decades.
