Abstract:  
Background and Aim: The Corona virus outbreak has an important impact on the people’s life around the world. The mental and physical health of people, their social and family relationships, the way they communicate and their presence in the society, their carrier, jobs and economic status, as well as their legal relationships have been affected in some way by the unprecedent quarantine conditions. Respecting quarantine conditions and staying at home order for long periods of time has affected so many industries and jobs in most parts of the world. It causes that many people lost their sources of income or their jobs partly or completely. Therefore, the fulfilment of some financial obligations of people have been faced with problems. Non-fulfillment of family law’s financial obligations has also created many family financial claims, especially regarding spousal alimony, child support and financial agreements regarding the division of property after separation. These family law’s issues have occurred for many families around the world, and various legal systems have sought to provide solutions to the crisis in a way that respects the rights of the both parties. Due to the numerous lawsuits that have been filed in this regard, some Western countries such as Ireland, Australia and Canada have provided quick legal solutions and designed guidelines to express the various stages of non-fulfillment of family financial obligations in this special pandemic condition. Doing that, they could organize better these family law’s issues and the status of individuals involved in them.
Method: Comparative study of the legal actions and examining the solutions which designed by other judicial systems in resolving family financial disputes during the coronavirus outbreak is used as a method in this research.
Ethical Considerations: In this article, ethical principles, academic honesty and trustworthiness have been respected.
Results: This comparative study can be used to provide solutions for better resolution of family financial disputes in the Iranian judiciary during Pandemics, especially regarding alimony and dowry disputes.
Conclusion: The pandemic condition could be considered as a force major situation in the financial family disputes with special charactrictics of force major which is not permanent and with special charectristic of family which is very important pilar of society that should be protected.
