Abstract:
Background and Aim: From the basic human rights, the right to health is an inherent right, to have the highest standard of physical and mental health and from all medical services, public health, work environment and healthy living environment, which is a manifestation of a high position, such as the right to life, the right to health according to have global standards. Therefore, governments and individuals have duties according to the third generation human rights texts. The right to health has been examined in non-binding documents and the purpose of the article is to express the basic concepts, analyze the right to health and its relationship with the right to a healthy environment in non-binding documents and the commitment of governments.
Method: In this research, the descriptive analytical writing method was used and library sources and data collection were used.
Ethical Considerations: In the article, the originality of the text, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Results: The most important finding of the research is that the right to health is closely related to the right to the environment. And this is reflected in non-binding international environmental documents. This reflection will provide the basis for the gradual transformation of the relationship between the right to health and the right to the environment.
Conclusion: Having the right to health is a requirement of the right to life and the environment. The quality of the environment and the guarantee of the right to benefit from a healthy environment can be called the background of the amount of human benefit from the right to health and quality of life. The necessity of this is mentioned in the non-binding international documents of environmental rights and can be the basis for the evolution of the rules.
