Abstract:  

Development of human science and technology and its effect on human feature requires the necessity of lawyer`s attention to this development.  The predetermination of a child’s gender technology is one of this development that place in the medical law scope. At first this article explains the medical aspect of this technology and then it tries to legally analyze the predetermination of a child’s gender technology by Survey the deferent legal viewpoint and their reasoning.

This research tries to answer this question that if the predetermination of a child’s gender technology is a discriminatory and misanthropic method. What is the effect of this technology in society?  The outcome of this article is the necessity of special attention to this matter because of the preference of male child in the society, changing of population structure and subsequent social problems. In addition legislators must follow the control and reduction policy in this matter.
