Abstract:  
Today management and true performance of copyright and related rights has an important effect on improvement and success of cultural industries of countries. Collective management of copyright and related rights is a system that authors and right holders of works authorize a collective management organization (society) to manage and perform their rights such as monitoring uses of works, negotiation with users, give permission of use, collecting and sharing royalties. In this system, collective management organization work as a mediator between right holders and users, cause effective performance of rights of right holders in one hand and easy fair access of users to works in the other hand.
