Abstract:  
Background and Aim: Organ transplantation is a process in which an organ, tissue or cell is transferred from one organism to another. This procedure is usually performed to treat various diseases or disorders. The transplantation of animal organs to the human body, which is referred to as "interspecies transplantation" in medical science, is proposed as a medical solution for the treatment of serious disorders in which human organ transplantation is not possible. . The present research tries to analyze the issue of transplanting an animal organ to the human body in terms of legal jurisprudence and with a descriptive-analytical method.
Method: This research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library-based and was done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Ethical Considerations: In this research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, neutrality and originality of the work have been respected.
Results: The issue of transplanting an animal organ to a human body has been neglected from the point of view of the legislator, while from the point of view of the jurists; it is a point of disagreement.
Conclusion: Accepting the theory of transplanting an animal organ into the human body can be a suitable option for patients who cannot receive a human transplant due to the lack of human organs or other problems and for this reason, it will be a breakthrough in medical science; Especially, the permissibility of such an act is proved by using the verses, traditions, jurisprudential rules, practical principles and reason of reason.
