Abstract:  
Background and Aim: Espionage is one of the Most Important and Fundamental Issues in the Management of Societies in the Current Period. It is Considered by Political Systems Both in the Negative Form That Means the Absence of Spies in Society and in the Positive Dimension That Means the Appointment of Spies to Identify Enemies and Opponents. Thus, the Espionage is Related to the Citizenship Rights as Members of Society. The Present Study Seeks to Examine the Effects of Espionage on Citizenship Rights From the Perspective of Khamseh Religions.
Materials and Methods: This Descriptive-Analytical Article has Been Analyzed by Collecting Materials From Jurisprudential Sources, Verses and Hadiths and Islamic Scholars’ Views.
Findings: Espionage is one of the Important Necessities for the Management of the Islamic Aociety. It Can Organize Desirably the Social and Political Spheres of Citizens' Lives Given the Circumstances in the Sharia and Khamseh Religions, Without Undue Interference in Citizens’ Lives, Basing the Principle of Public Security and the Management of the Islamic Society, Policing Based on Justice and Citizenship Rights, Confrontation With the Disclosure of Intelligence and Military Secrets of the Islamic Society and Confrontation With Spies and Enemy Agents. At the Same Time, Preserving the Honor of the Believers and Also Creating Friendship is one of the Principles of Politics in Islam and the Khamseh Religions.
Conclusion: The Citizens and Society Security is a Central Issue for the Khamseh Religions in Islam, Which is Focused on Individual and Social Areas. Considering the Internal and External Threats of the Islamic Society and the Necessity of Protecting It, is one of the Reasons For Paying Attention to the Espionage in Social Life. Also Confronting the Spy Who Endangers the Islamic State is Based on Law and Sharia and Supports a Peaceful Life Among the Citizens.
