Abstract:  
Background and Aim: The Capital Market has an Important Role in Financing the Economic and Service Projects of the Country in the Private and Public Sectors and Consequently Improving the Rights of Citizens in Terms of Services and Facilities. The Main Purpose of This Study is to Design and Explain an Effective Model in Advertising and Marketing of Brokerage in Order to Attract Financial Resources in the Stock Exchange and Provide Services and Facilities for Citizens.
Materials and Methods: In This Study Hypotheses have been Tested Using χ2 and T Tests. First, Using the Chi-Square Test, We Will Show That There is a Significant Difference Between the Opinions of the Sample People About the Questions Related to Each Hypothesis. Then, Using t-test, We Compare the Practical and Theoretical Means.
Findings: Awareness of Citizens' Needs as Customers, Providing Online Financial Services to Facilitate Citizens' Affairs, Mechanizing Services and Crediting to Citizens, Creating a Diverse and High-Yield Portfolio, Considering Appropriate Discounts, Introducing Customers Through Intermediaries, Creating Infrastructure Appropriate Technology, Full Implementation of Investment Rules and Regulations and the Establishment of Legal Interest Rates are Among the Solutions That Can Expand the Citizens’ Rights in the Field of Financial Services Marketing.
Conclusion: Expansion of Internet and Face-to-Face Services and Brokerage Branches for Citizens, Accelerating the Provision of Services to Citizens, Respecting to Their Dignity, Utilizing Expert Services in Providing Services, Improving Customer Management System, Reducing Service Costs, Creating Competition for Proper Use of Citizens, High Quality of Customer Relations, the Issuance of Securities Through Appropriate Channels and the Establishment of Favorable Trading Stations for Citizens are Among the Mechanisms that Can Realize the Citizens’ Rights as Customers of Financial Services.
