Background and Aim: All political and legal systems are a function of a single political structure. In Iran, the system structure is in the form of a semi - presidential - parliamentary form and is run in Presidential. the purpose of this study is to answer the question whether the unity of leadership status and executive authority is better or the multiplicity of it? that is, in the united states, the unity of the two (leadership, executive) has been formed, it is best (individual executive power) or duality (two branches of executive power) in iran.
Materials and Methods: This paper is descriptive analytical, and it has been developed using documentary method and taking note of note tools.
Results: The findings indicate that the ruling system in Iran is a semi - parliamentary system, a system of governance that is integrated with the administrative system and the parliamentary system.
