Abstract:
Background and Aim: The phenomenon of violence and its increasing trend among students is one of the issues that has caused concern among families and those in charge of education today. This article examines the Possibility of existence Dark Figure of victims and the need to formulate a differential criminal policy in order to prevent violence against students in the city of Ahvaz.
Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Results: Various causes at the individual, relational, community-based and community levels are effective in the development and perpetuation of violence. Increasing this phenomenon and the need to support one of the most vulnerable groups in society, it is necessary to study this phenomenon and adopt strategies to prevent it. What is felt before the need is to make fundamental changes and reforms in the field of legislation in order to adopt a coordinated, coherent and differential preventive criminal policy in the field of prevention of violence against students.
Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
Conclusion: A new and proven tool in the prevention of violence against students is the use of codes of conduct or a moral charter, and its foundation is based on awareness, warning and education.
