Abstract:
Background and Aim: In recent decades, blockchain technology has attracted a lot of attention as an innovative and reliable technology. Blockchain enables the safe and transparent recording and transfer of data and has affected many industries and fields. One of the areas where blockchain can have a significant impact is the field of international health law. The current research has tried to answer this question, what is the role of blockchain in the development of international health rights?
Method: This research is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library and by referring to books and articles.
Ethical Considerations: In the present research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, impartiality and originality of the work have been respected.
Results: Considering the features of blockchain, including security, transparency and immutability of data, the use of this technology in the field of international health law can bring significant improvement and development.
Conclusion: The development of international health law using blockchain provides the possibility of identity verification, improving data security, facilitating the exchange of medical data, and tracking counterfeit drugs and medical products. With continued research and intelligent use of blockchain, we hope to bring international health law to a new level of development and improvement.
