Abstract:
Background and Aim: Medicine is one of the consumable items in the treatment of citizens and any error in its use can have harmful effects. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to investigate the civil responsibility of the pharmacy and the technical manager of the pharmacy towards the health of the citizens.
Method: The mentioned article is descriptive and analytical and library method is used.
Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Results: Dr.Darusaz, as a technical officer in the pharmacy, is the guarantor of compensation for the damage caused to patients. Responsibilities arising from prescriptions and processes related to preparation, distribution and delivery of drugs to patients according to health and medical regulations and rules, paying attention to the authenticity of drugs, ability to combine drugs, checking side effects, drug interactions and giving advice to doctors and patients. Health and medical products are examples of the responsibility of the pharmacy and the technical manager of the pharmacy.
Conclusion: In Iranian law, the pharmacy and the technical manager of the pharmacy are only responsible for compensation for the damage caused by the medicinal products in case of fault. Of course, the fault should be gross and small mistakes; They are not responsible. In addition, there are signs of pure responsibility as the basis of the civil responsibility of the pharmacy and the technical manager of the pharmacy towards the health of the citizens.
