The results and Effects to protect the exclusive rights of authors only appears when the necessary measures to protect them and their work is anticipated. Iranian law envisaged fair criminal and civil sanctions for violations of the rights. Not only the Effectiveness and efficiently of the sanctions are important, but also to achieve the results and create sufficient guarantees for the author depends on providing a fair trial. Copyright claims procedure is considered less in Iran. Therefore, perhaps the main question in the case of financial violations is: what are the main responsibilities of parties involved and the other parties and the court?
