The subject of medical and medical litigation is more important than other litigation from the perspective of protecting the privacy of individuals, because any disclosure of information related to medical records can overshadow the credibility of any party to the lawsuit (doctors, hospitals, patients). The question in this article, which is conducted in a descriptive-analytical manner, is: What are the positive and negative points of the use of artificial intelligence in medical and medical proceedings, considering the governmental requirements for respecting the privacy of individuals?
Method: The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and in this regard, reliable library sources have been used.
Ethical considerations: In all stages of this research, the principles of research ethics have been observed. Including: respecting honesty and trustworthiness in collecting and analyzing information, using reliable sources and citing them accurately and maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information in the case of using sensitive data.
Findings: The conducted studies show that artificial intelligence in the field of medical and therapeutic proceedings can play an effective role in improving the efficiency, accuracy and speed of judicial processes. Various studies refer to the use of artificial intelligence in analyzing medical data, detecting medical errors and predicting treatment outcomes. However, there are also numerous legal and ethical challenges. Among these challenges, we can mention concerns related to protecting patient privacy, medical data security, liability in the event of AI errors and algorithmic discrimination.
Conclusion: The use of artificial intelligence in medical and therapeutic proceedings has great potential to improve judicial processes. However, for the effective and ethical use of this technology, it is necessary to pay attention to the governance requirements in protecting the privacy of individuals and to develop appropriate legal frameworks.
