Abstract:
Copyright grants the monopoly to encourage the production of Literary and artistic works. But the advent of new technologies, promotion of human rights concepts and changes in the legal foundations has been modified the monopoly position and Public interests in Copyright system should be revised. In general, traditional limitations and exceptions in national laws of intellectual property law is a response to public needs but there isn't effective. Therefore, a reasonable balance between the needs of the public interest and the incentive for authors and artists is vital. This article attempts to study the structure of Copyright and reviews public interests and challenges and provides appropriate recommendations.
